This is a large-flowered, old-fashioned rambler. I have it growing on a large wooden trellis at the top of a rock wall flower bed. The scent is wonderful and it’s one of my favorite roses.

I love the colour in that rose – it is so beautiful. Does it have a perfume as well?
We have a big rose in the garden from when we moved here.. I nearly dug it out when the lads were little.. now I am so glad I didn’t.. not just very appealing to the eye the smell is exquisite.
Thank you, archiearchive. I love this color too. Yes, it has a wonderful scent.
Tom, the smell really is exquisite, especially the old-fashioned roses which are my favorites.
I love pink roses and this one is beautiful.
Did you know the true and original rose is pink one?
This one is a beauty!
Thank you for visiting, Leeann. :)
Hi quinttarantino, That’s interesting that pink is the original rose color, I didn’t know that. I would have guessed red. The pink roses are definitely my favorites.
