90 degrees todayWe reached 90 degrees here today! After more than a week of these unusually hot temps, it is extremely dry here and I had to get out and water all the flower beds today. I have also planted quite a few new perennials, including heuchera, astilbe, brunnera and hardy geraniums and all of those new plantings needed watering as well. To think that only a few days ago, I was impatient for the flowers to start blooming — everything seems to be in bloom now after several days of sunshine.
