I started my dahlia tubers outside earlier this year than I ever have (in March!), and they’re all blooming and look so pretty right now in a small bed right off the concrete patio. These are mostly mixed-color Unwin Dwarf Dahlias, along with a photo of the Collarettes. Which one is your favorite? I think I like the red ones the best, and the Collarettes are always favorites.

For me, it’s a tie; semi-double red and the exquisite semi-double peach. The red was going to win hands down until I scrolled down to that last pic. Wow!
Hi Jim,
I do love that peach color too! It gets more intense as the blooms mature.
Sherry your pictures as always are simply breath taking… Always so full of color and look so crisp and real you can almost smell them… I think the Collarettes are my favorite ones here today…

Thank you,Spider, I’m glad you enjoy them. I love the Collarettes too! (My favorite changes daily, lol)
