All simply gorgeous. Does your bee balm mildew? Mine is already covered with it up here. Do you know which cultivar you have?
Thank you, Jim. My bee balm usually does get mildew but not this year. We have been diligent in spraying (everything) with Serenade Garden Disease Control every 8-10 days, and haven’t had a bit of mildew so far. The cultivar in the photos in this post is ‘Raspberry Wine’. I also have bergamot which is purple and two kinds of dwarf with flowers in shades of pink. Again, no mildew on any of them.

You have so many beautiful flowers. We can’t grow many here in the desert in the summer. I am not familiar with purple moon torenia. What’s the bloom time for that plant and how tall does it get?
Hi Lana,
Thanks. The torenia is an annual, also known as “Wishbone Flower”, and it gets about a foot tall and about 16″ wide. It blooms from early spring til frost, and likes part day sun and moist soil. I usually grow a few of them every year.
Thanks for visiting.
